shine516 story....「燃動生命」的故事
In March 2024, we learned that a long-standing grocery store in our Steveston community had been completely burned down. The loss deeply saddened the community, as the store had long been a daily essential.
My wife Anita and I felt led by God to pray for our neighbors, and soon, wonderful opportunities began to unfold. We discovered a space that seemed perfect for our gatherings. Initially, we intended to inquire about renting it, but a local introduction led us to an existing church. Their director mentioned that the venue—on flat ground, spacious, and with a kitchen—was ideal for family gatherings and outreach, exactly what my wife had prayed for.
That day, while the director organized a fundraiser for the affected grocery store employees, we connected and eventually joined forces to help. Convinced that this was the place God prepared for us, we decided to rent it as our meeting venue. We remain grateful for God’s provision and guidance, and we pray that our group will continue to be a blessing to our community.

2024年三月，我們得知家附近Steveston社區中一間屹立多年的雜貨小店（士多），因一場大火而整個舖頭被燒毀。當時，社區居民既震驚又悲痛，因為他們一直依賴這間士多購買日常用品，猶如失去了一位多年的摯友。我和太太Anita 從神的帶領中領受，要到社區祈禱，並一步步依靠神的引導，奇妙的事情隨之發生。我們發現一處非常適合群體未來聚會的地方，原本打算上去詢問租務事宜，卻遇到一位當地人士介紹給我們現有的教會。該教會的代表說，這裡非常適合家庭聚會，因為場地位於平地，不用爬樓梯，而且空間寬敞且附有廚房，這正符合我太太禱告希望神預備一個能接待新朋友及舉辦各種外展活動的教會。於是，我們便與那所教會聯繫。那天正值平日，原本教會的主任並未在辦公室，但因他要為士多失業員工籌辦募款活動而留在教會，我們藉此互相認識。最終，我們一同舉辦了募款活動，幫助了有需要的員工，同時也確信這正是神為我們預備的地方，於是我們租下此處作為聚會點。感謝神的供應與引導，盼望我們的群體能持續經歷聖靈的帶領，成為這個社區的祝福。
